We have the honor to report, for the information of the Major General Commanding that we have attended the meetings of the Committee directed to report on the amount to be contributed by the Admiralty and War Department respectively towards the establishment of a Lock Hospital at Hong Kong; the cost of the establishment; and that of the Medical Inspection, in accordance with the enclosed correspondence herewith returned.
The following recommendations have been unanimously agreed to by the Committee.
